04.20.2017 LLC «Alfa Automative Techologies» took on lease without tendering a plot of land with an area of 3 ha for 6 years. The desicion was made on the meeting of Moscow City Urban Planning and Land Commission. The aim of lease is foundation of manufacturing complex of stamped and assembled products for the auto industry in the frames of ambitious investment project.
The project provides relocation of production into industrial zone Biryulyovo. Investments will amount to 1.2 billion rubles.
Department of Urban Property and LLC «AAT» signed the lease agreement and investment contract for construction of manufacturing complex.
At the current time, a building permit has been obtained, construction and installation work is underway: the supporting foundation has been mounted, the heat circuit has been closed, and the administrative building and warehouses are being installed. The approximate date for start of operating is August, 2020.
