12.14.2017 LLC «PK Elitegroup Invest» has taken on lease without tendering a plot of land at the address: Moscow, Novoorlovskaya st., ow.3, p.6 with an area of 3.17 ha for 6 years. The desicion was made on the meeting of Moscow City Urban Planning and Land Commission. The aim of lease is foundation of meat food complex in the frames of ambitious investment project.
Department of Urban Property and LLC «PK Elitegroup Invest» signed the lease agreement and investment contract for construction of a meat food complex.
Survey and design work have been conducted. The approximate date for start of operating is the end of 2020.
