Localization of the medicines production of LLC “Chiesi Pharmaceuticals”

Support for the localization project of the pharmaceutical production of Chiesi Pharmaceuticals LLC in technopark "Fiztehpark".

As part of supporting projects for the creation and development of industrial production in Moscow, SFI IDA has maintained a project to localize the medicines production by Chiesi Pharmaceuticals LLC on the territory of technopark "Fiztehpark".

Project description

1. The company was informed about the areas for placing new production facilities in Moscow, as well as about existing support measures for residents of Moscow's technoparks.
2. The specification of technical parameters was provided upon the application of Chiesi Pharmaceuticals LLC for the area selection for the investment project implementation in Moscow.
3. The estimation of technical parameters was conducted upon the application of Chiesi Pharmaceuticals LLC for the area selection for the investment project implementation in Moscow.
4. The interaction with Moscow technoparks was provided for area selection according to technical parameters.
5. The preparation of variants for the production location in Moscow technoparks according to technical parameters was provided.
6. According to technical parameters, premises were shown to the conpany's officials.
7. The analysis of free premises for the production localization in technopark was carried out.
8. The analysis allowed to choose non-residential premise with a total area of ​​786.5 sq.m.
9. Consulting support was provided in order to sign a lease agreement of the premise in the technopark "Fiztehpark".
